The Challenge

Members signed up in-person or by phone; there was no online booking or self-service. The studio had no way to run promotions or nurture leads at scale. They needed a website, an integrated booking and membership system, and marketing support to fill classes and grow the member base. Our Approach

We designed and built a new website with integrated booking, membership tiers, and payment. We selected a booking/membership platform that could handle classes, capacity, and recurring billing and connected it to the site and email. We added a simple CRM and email flows for trials, renewals, and win-backs. We also ran initial launch and seasonal campaigns (e.g. New Year) to drive signups. The project ran eight months including build, launch, and two campaign waves.

The Solution

We launched a new site with clear class schedules, instructor bios, and one-click booking. Members could manage their plan and payments online. We set up automated emails for booking confirmations, reminders, and membership renewals. We created landing pages for trials and offers and ran paid social and local search campaigns to drive signups. We provided reporting on bookings, membership, and retention so the client could see the impact.

The Results

Membership grew by 300% over eight months. Retention rate reached 90%. No-shows decreased thanks to reminders and easy rebooking. The client could run promotions and fill classes without manual outreach. The studio has since opened a second location using the same system.
